Store Policies
Delivery Policies
- We have free delivery within 50 miles of our store.
- Room must be ready for furniture upon delivery
- We do not move existing furniture, nor do we pick up or dispose of used furniture or mattresses.
- Please contact us for a list of organizations that may provide these services.
Pick up Policies
- If you choose to pick up your furniture and pay by cash or check, you will receive a 6% discount.
- If you choose to pick up your furniture and pay by credit card, you will receive a 3% discount.
- Our employees will load and secure your furniture in your vehicle.
- Feagan's is not responsible for furniture once it leaves our property.
- Feagan's is not responsible for furniture picked up in inclement weather.
No Furniture Loading Between 12:00pm-1:00pm
12 Month Interest Free Financing available upon approval
- Financing through Mariner Finance Company
- Minimum monthly payment required
- Credit check required
- Free delivery included with financing
Layaway Policies
- We have a 90 day layaway policy on all furniture.
- There will be a $5 charge per day on each piece applied after 90 days.
Return Policies
- Special Orders are non-returnable
- Returns on In-Stock product will have a restocking charge. Depending on size of the piece, there will be a $25-$100 charge on returned pieces carried off the floor.
- Accessories returned within one week, with receipt, will be fully refunded.
Swatches are available for check out
- $25 returnable deposit required
- Must be returned with in 1 week
Mattress Claim Policies
- All mattress sales are final.
- Your new mattress needs time to adjust to your body. Therefore, Feagan's does not offer a sleep trial.
- Warranty information----sometimes even the highest quality products can show early signs of wear or have an unforseen defect. If something goes wrong with your mattress product, we are happy to help. Take a photo of your mattress law tag along with any measurements of sagging.
- All warranty claims are contingent upon the manufactures individual policies. In the event that you do have a valid warranty claim, it is the buyers responsibility to exchange the mattress or foundation.

Furniture Warranty Claim Policies
- Feagan's is not responsible for pickup and delivery fees on warranty claims.
- Refer to individual furniture companies for their warranty policies.
- Must have original Feagan's receipt to process warranty claim.
Design Services
- All of our employees have excellent design capabilities and can help you with all of your design needs.
- We offer FREE in-store design services.
- We also offer in-home design consultations, available on a charge basis, by a licensed Interior Designer.
